I’m using one of your legal docs for my website (the free T&Cs) and it asks for various information about authorisation schemes, professional bodies, codes of conduct and such like. I don’t think my business (a kind of social website) is subject to any authorisation scheme, and I’m not a professional like a doctor or lawyer. I haven’t signed up to any codes of conduct, and the business isn’t a member of any trade body or anything like that. Can I leave out that information?

The disclosure of these categories of information is a requirement of the Ecommerce Regulations, but there is no requirement where there is no information! Delete if irrelevant.
