Confidentiality Agreement – freelance temp?

I’m hoping to start a freelance temping service, in a conveyancing progressor/assistant/secretary capacity. I appreciate that if I would probably be expected to enter into a confidentiality agreement of some kind, would this be something that I should offer to potential clients, or should I expect them to supply their own agreement?

Most potential clients won’t have their own NDA, so you should be able to provide this for them. If I were you, I would incorporate a confidentiality clause in some standard terms and conditions of business, and require that all my clients agree to those T&Cs.
