Disclaimer for educational-entertainment videos (India)

As a part of an intervention program aimed at improving sexual self efficacy of young population, within the age group of 15-24 years, a set of educational + entertainment short videos/films are being made with messages. The topics range from masturbation, porn addiction, self image, consent to safe sex and healthcare seeking for HIV/AIDS and STDs. There is no nudity or explicit language used, and no incorrect information provided. What sort of disclaimer needs to be provided with them? Is there a standard structure/ format for such disclaimers? Please guide us.

I’m afraid we don’t currently have any Indian law documents.

I suggest you direct this question to a suitably experienced lawyer in India.
