I am in the process of developing an online shop (selling jewellery) and have purchased some of your legal templates. I am currently working my way through the ‘Terms and conditions of a sale via a website – B2C version’ and note that in order to fulfil the conditions of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 I need to make available to consumers a partially filled-in copy of the model cancellation form. However, I have no idea what this form should look like or contain. Do you have a downloadable template for the form or, if not, can you tell me what the form should contain?
