Hiring a jumping castle

We are hiring out a jumping castle and wonder which of the templates would best suit as a disclaimer in case of injury etc?

You shouldn’t use any of our existing disclaimer templates for this purpose.  Believe it or not I’ve been considering writing a bouncy castle disclaimer document for some time, and can probably fit this in before the end of the week.  Please check the free legal docs section of the site on Friday or Saturday.

EDIT: I’ve had a look at this now, and don’t feel it would be a suitable subject matter for a free disclaimer.   The health and safety implications of operating a bouncy castle are just too involved to be adequately accounted for in a short disclaimer document.
