Liability insurance for a dating website

Hi all, I’m just about to launch a dating website and wondered if I would also need any type of insurance?

Obvoiusly from my side everything is online, I’m sorting out becoming Ltd and I have the “Privacy Policy” and “Dating website terms and conditions” from this site but just not sure if I also need insurance as well?

As a matter of English law, there is no general requirement for this kind of business to carry insurance. However, it may be a good idea, particularly as dating sites can host lots of “special categories” of personal data (ie senstive data), and bearing in mind the scope of and potential penalties under the GDPR.
