All our contract templates are English / EU law documents. While an Australian law SaaS contract may look very similar to an English law SaaS document, there will be some differences. Most notably, our SaaS templates reflect the specific requirements of EU data protection law, and you may need to change these to reflect the requirements of Australian data protection / data privacy laws.  There are also statutory references which will not apply in Australia, and some clauses (such as the limitations of liability clause) reflect English law rules of contract interpretation.
