Re: Hate Crimes

Dear Sir,

Im struggling to find case law concerning the follwing question. The basis is if I said that a particular racial group would be better off dead and published it in a national magazine/newspaper what laws would I be breaking?

I’m not particularly familiar with the relevant law.  There are a range of different statutory offences that can apply to racist publications.  There’s a summary of the main laws on Liberty’s Your Rights website.  See:
