Hi we are a new company currently compiling a tender to offer our ‘services’ to another business. Therefore are we required to produce a ‘contract’ between their company (which is outside the UK) & ours (in the UK) or do we just provide our ‘Terms & Conditions’ to them?
Thanks you
Liz

A “contract” usually means a legally binding agreement, although it can also refer to a document embodying a legally binding agreement.
“Terms and conditions” usually means a document which does (or may) embody a legally binding agreement; often the document will be a standard one upon which a company usually contracts.
I hope this is clear.
