I am an individual not a business. I intend to send an NDA to a freelancer regarding him illustrating my comic book based on my scripts. The NDA would be one-way. Can I use a P.O box address for when it says “Person’s name” of “Address”?

The function of this part of the agreement is to: (i) help identify the relevant contracting party (always); and (ii) provide an address at which the relevant party can be contacted (sometimes). There is no legal compliance requirement to provide a geographical address specifically here.
