Hi there, I was told I am bound by a verbal agreement which I do not want to because the details we discussed during the phone call are different from those in the document they sent to me. I have not signed the contract document yet. Do I have right to cancel the agreement I have made through the phone?

I’m afraid there isn’t enough information here to assess whether you are bound by a contract made over the telephone.
Certainly, contracts can be made via telephone.
However, if the provisions of the written contract are different from those agreed on the phone, you almost certainly won’t be bound by the written document (unless you go ahead and sign it).
NB B2C contracts made over the phone may be cancellable under the distance selling rules.
