Website advertising agreement – Signed by section

In the website advertising agreement there is an Execution section for both parties to sign and date.

Do both parties have to physically sign this document?

Or

If I, as the “Advertiser”, email the terms to the “Operator, can it be deemed as agreed by the “Operator” simply by them accepting the agreement via an email confirmation message?

I just want to avoid having to post agreements to be signed etc. and wasting time.

Many thanks.

The website advertising T&Cs template contains language for other forms of execution – please send me a message with your order number and I will email you a copy.
