Question: Which takes precedence, the spell out thirty percent of the numeric 33 1/3%?
2) Settlement-Disbursement Statement:
Question 1: Which takes precedence or is more binding? Fee listed in contract or in Disbursement Statement?
Question 2: Should copies of invoices be given to the client as proof of expenses deducted from settlement amount?
3) Can anything be done, if the attorney refuses to provide proof of invoices?
