Beauty product ecommerce

We currently have 4 beauty product manufactured for us in USA, China & UK. They all comply with the Cosmetic EU Product (Safety) Regulations 2013 and the required Cosmetic Product Safety Reports are in place confirming that the formulations we use meet current legislation.

My question is ? I would like to know how I can legally sell my products via my own website to people outside the EU? Obviously I can not get compliance in every country in the world. Would a disclaimer be sufficient ? Please help.

Many thanks

Where a country has specific rules relating to products standards, a dislaimer or legal notice is unlikely to help you to formally comply.

I’m afraid I don’t have any specific knowledge of the rules that apply outside the UK/EU.
