Contract signature validity with 1 director and other PSC

Hello,

I have a situation where a prospective client is the director of the company but there are other PSC and I am not sure if only the signature of the director is sufficient for the signing of the contract of engagement that I will be issuing.

Must a Person/s of Significant Control sign the contract or the signature of the Director is adequate for the validity of the contract?

Thank you

Usually, a director of the client will have the authority to sign a supplier/client contract on behalf of the client.
