I paid a £450 deposit to a ltd company as a deposit for a spray paint job. I found the company is dissolving itself one month later. Companies house has suspended its strike off, and I see the website for the company is still live. I have chased / emailed / recorded letter but no response. Where do I stand, apart from spending more money taking them to court?
