I`m looking at purchasing a watch from a shop online. They confirm they are covered by the regulations. They have provided various photographs of the watch including detailed close ups. If i purchase and wish to send it back within the 7 days can they claim that i was aware of the condition of the watch due to the detailed photographs they have provided and not honour a refund?
Thanks

The right to cancel a contract under the distance selling regulations is not dependent upon you finding a reason to cancel. You give notice of cancellation in the prescribed manner, and that cancels the contract. The condition of the goods is not a relevant factor.
