Can I return a mattress bought online, slept on and found not suitable, and ask for a refund, if the T&C of the seller states I can’t return it if the hygiene seal is broken and slept on?

Assuming you’re in the UK, if the mattress was defective in some way, you may have rights to return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, you are unlikely to have rights to return under the UK’s distance selling rules.
